Fixed Issues
Why we made this update: The following issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass web interface and the Web Input Form Builder is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issue with Fee Level Disclosures Checkbox Resolved
An issue with the Fee Level Disclosures checkbox (4461) on the Loan Estimate (LE) Page 1 and Closing Disclosure (CD) Page 1 was introduced in the Encompass 25.1 April Service Pack. When working with loans that had already been disclosed, when users opened the LE Page 1 or the CD page 1 input form, the Fee Level Disclosures checkbox was selected as expected, but then the checkbox would be cleared once the form was fully rendered on the screen. This issue has been resolved and the checkbox now remains selected as expected.
Note that this issue impacted only those Encompass instances where the administrator set up the Disclosure Tracking Settings to require fee level Changed Circumstances prior to disclosure. A screen sample of this setting is provided below.
