Fixed Issue
Why we made this update: The following issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the web version of Encompass and the Web Input Form Builder is operating as expected. The issue that is chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Subject Property Address Information No Longer Removed When Viewing HUD-928005B Conditional Commitment Form
An issue was discovered where data in some subject property address fields was removed when a user would navigate to the HUD-928005B Conditional Commitment input form. When a user viewed this form, the data in the Street Address (URLA.X73), Unit Type (URLA.X74), and Unit (URLA.X75) fields was cleared. The data in these fields was also cleared on additional forms such as the Borrower Summary - Origination form where the fields are also used. This issue has been fixed, and now this subject property information is retained after navigating to the HUD-928005B Conditional Commitment form.
Note: This update fixes the above issue only for loan files that are opened after this critical patch is applied. It does not retroactively affect loans where this situation was encountered before the critical patch was applied.
