What's In This Release

User Interface Update

Virtual Fields Now Available to Display in Loan Summary Bar (NGENY-26841, NGENY-29329) - By default, the loan summary bar is provided at the top of all loans to enable loan team members to see pertinent loan information at a glance. In this release, administrators can now select virtual fields to display within the loan summary bar. The value in these fields will display in the designated panel in the loan summary bar. Prior this release, only standard and custom fields were available to display in this panel.

Form & Tool Enhancements

Underwriter Summary Tool Added (ENCW-62954) - Support for the Underwriter Summary tool has been added. The Underwriter Summary tool enables users to assemble key information needed to determine the creditworthiness of the consumer(s), the value of the subject property, and if the loan should be approved.

Borrower Information - Vesting Form Added (ENCW-63292) - Support for the Borrower Information - Vesting form has been added. The Borrower Information - Vesting form enables users to enter borrower information, define the ownership rights for the property, enter corporation and trust information, if needed, and create the vesting statement that is used in loan documents.
Updated Flood Zone Field Selections (ENCW-71190) - The Flood Zone field on several forms has been updated with new selection options to support existing flood zones. Users can also now manually enter a flood zone if an available flood zone is not listed.
Added Country Look Up Option for Foreign Addresses (ENCW-69842, ENCW-68659) - A search option has been added for the Country field for foreign addresses which enables users to search for a specific country to populate to the field.

Workflow Automation Enhancements

New File Attached Triggering Event Added for Workflow Rules (ENCW-56780) - Added the ability to trigger a workflow rule whenever a document is added to a specific document folder. This trigger can be used as a way to determine if a service order, such as credit or flood, has been successfully ordered and then perform actions as a result.
New Update Custom Field Resulting Action Added for Workflow Rules (ENCW-69912, ENCW-69623, ENCW-70308) - Added a new Update Custom Field option to the Resulting Action field for Workflow Rules. This option enables administrators to create workflows that update custom fields when the rule is triggered.
New Apply Enhanced Conditions Resulting Action Added for Workflow Rules (ENCW-70607) - Added a new Apply Enhanced Conditions option to the Resulting Action field for Workflow Rules. This option enables administrators to create rules to automatically apply automated enhanced conditions on a loan file without requiring the user to manually apply them.
New Clone Rule Option Added to Workflow Rules (ENCW-66543) - Administrators can now clone existing workflow rules in order to easily create new rules based on an existing one.

Services Updates

Additional Design and Usability Changes for the Services Landing Page (ASO-9722) - Additional updates have been made to the user interface for the Services Landing Page. Some of these changes include error messaging for failed orders and a redesigned manual ordering process.
Underwriting Center Updates (GSE-23823, EVP-27169, EVP-19569, EVP-19570, EVP-26728) - The following Underwriting Center updates are included in this release:
- One-Click Ordering Updates: New DU + LPA, DU, and LPA buttons now available to support One-Click Ordering for Dual AUS, DU, and LPA
- New Compare Prior Submission button: To select up to four earlier orders for the same AUS and compare their results
- New Make Primary button: To identify your primary order so you can continue placing subsequent orders (with the same or different AUS) without interrupting your workflow
- DU Missing Fields Notification: When submitting loans with DU-supported fields missing to Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter, a Desktop Underwriting Validation Issues window displays, listing missing field IDs and additional information on the missing fields

Enhanced Conditions Updates

New Source of Condition Field Added to Enhanced Conditions Details (ENCW-64161) - A new Source of Condition field has been added to the Enhanced Conditions details which details how the enhanced condition was added to the loan file.

Prospects

Incomplete Applications (LOC-2519) - Incomplete Applications Details View migrated from Pipeline to Prospects tab for enhanced view/better assessment of borrower application completion level in Encompass Consumer Connect. This new UI also aligns with the Encompass Consumer Connect Incomplete Applications Details Admin portal display, providing a more consistent user experience.

Fixed Issues

Error Displaying Conditions Resolved (ENCW-66087) - Fixed an issue where users would receive an error stating "Something went wrong" when scrolling through a large number of conditions while trying to add conditions to a loan.
Users Can Now Unlock Loans (ENCW-70063) - Fixed an issue where users were unable to unlock loan files in the web version of Encompass.
Opening a Loan no Longer Displays a Blank Screen (ENCW-71264) - Fixed an issue where a loan would sometimes display a blank screen when a user opened the loan.
Paid to Name Now Displays for 801P Fee Details (ENCW-71622) - Fixed an issue where the Paid to Name field would clear after selecting a contact on the 801p Fee Details window.
Fees Added Manually to the Correspondent Purchase Advice Form Now Updated as Expected (NGENY-29026) - When a loan team member adds fees manually in the last four fields in the Late Fees section of the Correspondent Purchase Advice Form (field IDs CORRESPONDENT.X63, CORRESPONDENT.X64,CORRESPONDENT.X65, and CORRESPONDENT.X66), these fee values are now cleared as expected when the loan team member navigates away from the form, and then navigates back to it at a later time, and clicks the Update Fees button. This update resolves an issue introduced in the Encompass LO Connect 21.4 release that caused the values in these manually entered fields to be retained in this scenario.

Web Input Form Builder Updates

New Text Alignment Property for Text Box Fields Mapped as an RA_STRING (NGENY-29607, NGENY-29608) - A new Text Alignment data option is now available in the Properties panel for text box form controls that are mapped as an RA_STRING. When working with these types of text boxes, the form designer can now apply right alignment or left alignment to the field data.
