These are the release notes for the Encompass TPO Connect 24.1 Major Release. They include a high-level overview of new features, feature and form enhancements, and fixed issues, followed by more detailed information and instructions where appropriate.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Administration)

New Left Navigation Menu Settings

• New Status Tracker Setting Added to Left Navigation (NGENT-34460, NGENT-34466, NGENT-34838) - This new setting is a date/milestone based status indicator, configured by channel.

• New Registration Settings Setting Added to Left Navigation (NGENT-35304) - This new setting groups various registration-related settings originally located under Additional Settings together to efficiently manage them.

• Quick Registration Form

• 1003 Loan Information “Register” Button

• Loan Folders

• Configure “Add New Loan” (Optional)

• Effective Date for No Longer Accepting a 3.2 File Import

Updates to Pages & Links Setting

• New Override URL Setting Added to Edit ‘Contact Us’ Page Accessed from Pages Tab (NGENT-23668) - This new setting enables the default Contact Us page to be replaced with a custom Contact Us page.

• New Overrride URL Setting Added to Edit ‘Privacy Policy Statement’ Page Accessed from Pages Tab (NGENT-24082) - This new setting enables the default Privacy Policy Statement page to be replaced with a custom Privacy Policy Statement page.

Updates to Additional Settings

• Updated Behavior of eSign in Top Navigation (NGENT-27876) - The behavior of eSign in the top navigation has been updated to only display when the logged in user is assigned to a channel enabled in the TPO eSign setting.

• New Import Liabilities Button Setting Added to Additional Settings (NGENT-21418) - This new setting, which only applies to Dual AUS and URLA, controls whether an Import Liabilities button is displayed on the Dual AUS and/or URLA Assets and Liabilities pages.

• Updated Behavior of Field ID TPO.X5 When Auto-Populate Conditions/Documents Ready for Review Checkbox and Date Setting Enabled Under Additional Settings (NGENT-34337) - When the Auto-Populate Conditions/Documents Ready for Review Checkbox and Date setting is enabled and a document is successfully uploaded, field ID TPO.X5 is now populated immediately to ensure the value is there in the event the browser is abruptly and/or unexpectedly closed.

• New EPPS Special Products Setting Added Under Additional Settings (NGENT-34510) - This new setting configures a default option for EPPS Special Products on the Search Product Pricing page.

Updates to Services Management Setting

• New Select All Checkbox Added to Users Section of Service Under Services Management Setting (NGENT-35834) - This new setting selects all users on the left side of the section so they can all be moved to the right side of the section at one time.

• Title Fee Integration Section Removed from Integrations Setting (NGENT-35942) - The Title Fee Integration section has been removed from the Integrations setting because all service integrations should now be configured via the Services Management setting.

Additional Enhancements

• Updated Sender Email in Notification Templates (NGENT-31023) - The sender email in the notification templates has been updated from “noreply@elliemae.com” to “noreply-MortgageTech@ice.com”.

• Updated Secure Scripting Framework Page Redirects for URLA (NGENT-33418) - Secure Scripting Framework (SSF) now supports page redirects to URLA subsections (e.g., L1, L2, L3, etc.).

• New Display Type Options Added to New Page Link for Loan Level - Left Navigation Settings Under Navigation Menu Settings (NGENT-34450, NGENT-34472) - Three new Display Type options, “Service Order - Option 1”, “Service Order - Option 2”, and “Service Order - Easy Order” have been added to the New Page Link for left navigation menu items. These new options link to services configured via the Services Management setting (they do not apply to legacy menu management).

• Encompass TPO Connect Honors Encompass Persona Access to Loan Actions Business Rules for Order Appraisal and Request Title Fees (NGENT-34541) - Encompass TPO Connect will honor Persona Access to Loan Actions business rules for Order Appraisal and Request Title Fees loan actions.

• Updated Contact Settings (NGENT-35136) - The Contact Settings has been updated as follows:

• The page name has been renamed from “Display Contacts” to “Contact Settings”.

• The Display Contact Modal for Non-Delegated and Display File Contact section for Delegated options have been replaced with the Add New Loan Assignments - Assign LO/LP and Assign File Contacts sections.

• The Loan Officer and Loan Processor Organization Settings, Disable/Enable Editing of Contacts for Specific Personas, and Display Account Executive from Sales Rep Role Within Loan File Contacts (Optional) settings have been moved from Additional Settings.

Fixed Issues

• Blank Page No Longer Displayed When URLA 2020 Custom Template Includes Field ID 2961 or Field ID 2962 (NGENT-33874) - Fixed an issue where adding field ID 2961 or field ID 2962 to a custom template in the URLA 2020 setting resulted in a blank page when selected in the Encompass TPO Connect user portal.

• Left Navigation Background Color No Longer Disappears When Certain Actions Performed (NGENT-35661) - Fixed an issue where the left navigation background color was no longer displayed when certain actions such as requesting a lock, withdrawing a loan, or submitting/resubmitting a loan was performed.

• Custom Fields Using Decimal_2 or Decimal_3 Triggered by Loan Action Completion Business Rule Now Function Properly (NGENT-36266) - Fixed an issue where custom fields using Decimal_2 or Decimal_3 triggered by a Loan Action Completion business rule did not allow negative values (Decimal_2 fields) or only allowed 2 numbers after the decimal point (Decimal_3 fields).

• Opens in a New Tab Checkbox Now Displayed When Main Menu - Top Navigation External Page Link Edited (NGENT-35664) - Fixed an issue where the Opens in a new tab checkbox was no longer displayed when a Main Menu - Top Navigation external page link was edited.

• White Space Between Loan Messages Column and Contacts Column Reduced and When Clicked Page/Widget Now Opens (NGENT-35817) - Fixed an issue on the Pipeline where the white space between the Loan Messages column and the next column, and the Contacts column and the prior column was too wide and when clicked, no page or widget was opened.

• Template Radio Buttons Now Function Properly on URLA 2020 Setting (NGENT-35733) - Fixed an issue where the Template radio buttons on the URLA 2020 setting retained the selection of the prior channel configured. For example, if “Custom” was selected for Wholesale, and then the channel was changed to Correspondent Non-Delegated, the Template radio button remained “Custom” (instead of changing to “Default”).

• Override Company Credentials Checkbox in User Credentials Section Now Functions Properly on Services Management Setting (NGENT-35896) - Fixed an issue where the Override company credentials checkbox on the Services Management setting was automatically populated in the User Credentials section after users were moved to the right side of the section, the credentials were saved, and then the credentials were edited.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Website Updates)

User Interface Updates

• Loading Indicator Added for Several Actions (NGENT-35698) - A loading indicator has been added when opening a loan from the following features to provide users with an indication that data is loading:

  • Pipeline

  • Trades

  • eSign

  • Recently Accessed Loans Widget

• New Visual Indicators Added for Required Fields on URLA 2020 (NGENT-35847) - Added new visual indicators to the left navigation for URLA 2020 to help users identify required loan fields in TPO Connect.
• New About Link Added to Encompass TPO Connect Website (NGENT-34713) - A new About link has been added to display company information, the current TPO Connect version, and environment information.
• Scroll Bar Added to Workflow Tab (NGENT-34195) - A scroll bar has been added to the Workflow tab on the left navigation menu to enable users to view longer workflow lists.
• URLA Location Highlighted When Redirected from Custom Form or Required Fields Window (NGENT-34506) - When a user is redirected to an URLA form, either from a clicking a Custom Form link or by clicking a from link on the required fields window, the specific destination form is now highlighted in the left navigation menu.

Form Updates

• New Options Added and Existing Options Updated for Index Rate Dropdown (NGENT-34056, NGENT-35843) - Three 2 year US Treasury options have been added to the Index Rate dropdown field (Encompass ID 1959). Additionally, three option labels have been updated.

• Lot Owned Free and Clear Field Added (NGENT-35920) Added a new Lot Owned Free and Clear field (Encompass field 5015) to the URLA 2020 / Lender Loan Information form.

Dual AUS

• Dual AUS Updates (NGENT-34446, NGENT-34562) - Several incremental updates have been made to the Order Credit Report step for Dual AUS orders to provide a better user experience.

Feature Enhancement

• Pipeline Search Category Changed to Dropdown List (NGENT-29395) - An update has been made to change the Category dropdown list from a free entry and dropdown list to dropdown only.

• Required Fields Window Displays for Product and Pricing Loan Action Completion Business Rules (NGENT-32707) - The Required Fields window now displays when missing loan data is required for a loan action completion business rule for product and pricing.

• Support For Required Fields Window Added for Batch Upload (NGENT-35108) - The Required Fields window has now been added to the Batch Upload feature to enable users to provide any missing loan data when submitting a loan.

• Support for Construction-Refi Loans Added for EPPS (NGENT-35651) - Added support for pricing and eligibility searches for Construction-Refi loans through EPPS.

• Order Credit Button Added to URLA / Assets and Liabilities Page (NGENT-34367) - An Order Credit button has been added to the URLA / Assets and Liabilities page to enable users to quickly place a credit order when one isn’t present on the file.

• Service Orders Feature Now Only Displays Categories for Configured Services (NGENT-35501, NGENT-35892) A change has been made to the Service Orders feature to only display service categories when a configuration for that category has been setup by the administrator.

Fixed Issues

• Date Fields Now Set on First Attempt (NGENT-30949) - Fixed an issue where users had to select the dates in date fields multiple times to set it to the desired date.

• TPO Connect Milestone Status Sometimes Displays Encompass Milestone Name (NGENT-33482) - Fixed an issue where the Encompass Milestone name sometimes displayed instead of the TPO Connect Status

• Social Security Number Field no Longer Viewed as Missing when Required and Populated (NGENT-33763) - Fixed an issue where the social security number field was still seen as missing, even when the field had a value present.

• Change Of Circumstance Page Loads and Updates Properly (NGENT-34366) - Fixed an issue where the Change of Circumstance page would partially load or would not update when changes were made.

• Community Second Field Now Always Available for First Lien Loans (NGENT-35207) - Fixed an issue where the Community Second field was not available when Mortgage Lien Type was First.

• Add New Loan Link Now Works Consistently (NGENT-34084) - Fixed an issue where the Add New Loan link was intermittently unresponsive.

• Credit Vendor Accurately Displays for Dual AUS Orders (NGENT-35322) - Fixed an issue where the credit vendor listed during the Dual AUS order process differed from the original vendor used to order the credit report initially.

• Blank Entry Removed from Select Borrower Pair Field (NGENT-23360) - Removed an extra blank entry from the Select Borrower Pair field.

• Number of Items per Page Now Honored for Account Executive Pipeline View (NGENT-35103) - Fixed an issue where pipeline items were the selection to display a specific number of items per page was not honored as expected.

• DU Report Now Displays Consistently When Viewing Findings (NGENT-35506) - Fixed an issue where a credit report for the loan would sometimes display when selecting View Findings on the Order DU page.

• Reset Password Link Works for Custom Login Pages (NGENT-35466) - Fixed an issue where the link sent via email when a user selected Reset Password on a Custom Login page would not enable the users to reset their password.

• Left Navigation No Longer Changing Color Intermittently (NGENT-35661) - Fixed an issue where the left navigation menu would change from an administrator defined color to white intermittently.
