These are the release notes for the Encompass TPO Connect 23.2 Major Release. They include a high-level overview of new features, feature and form enhancements, and fixed issues, followed by more detailed information and instructions where appropriate.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Administration)

Navigation Menus Settings

• New Navigation Menus Settings Setting Added to Encompass TPO Connect (NGENT-27021) - A new Navigation Menus Settings setting has been added to Encompass TPO Connect. When enabled, the selected settings will override the Pages & Links Navigation, External Pages, and Loan Navigation (except Custom Loan Navigation and Custom Page Links) tab settings.

Additional Enhancements

• New Assign LO/LP To Correspondent Delegated Loans Setting Added to Additional Settings (NGENT-28741, NGENT-31175) - A new Assign LO/LP To Correspondent Delegated Loans setting has been added to Additional Settings. When enabled, this setting allows a LO/LP to be assigned to Correspondent Delegated loans. In addition, the selected LO/LP will be displayed and can be edited in the Key Loan Contacts pop up window.

• Display "Old" Pipeline - Default Selection and Display "New" Pipeline Options Removed from Pipeline View Setting (NGENT-31355) - The options to select whether to display the “old” Pipeline view or “new” Pipeline view have been removed from the Pipeline View setting. From this release forward, only one Pipeline view (i.e., the “new” Pipeline) will be available.

• New SSO Setting Added to Additional Settings (NGENT-31887) - A new SSO (Single Sign-On) setting has been added to Additional Settings. When this setting is enabled, only users with SSO will be able to log into Encompass TPO Connect. When the setting is not enabled, only users without SSO will be able to log into Encompass TPO Connect.

Fixed Issue

• Correct Footer Links Displayed When Page Refreshed (NGENT-27146) - Fixed an issue where a page’s footer links were replaced with the global header links when the page was refreshed.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Website Updates)

Form Updates

• Increased ARM Index Field from Three to Five Decimals (NGENT-28159) - To increase accuracy of ARM index rates, the Arm Index field (Encompass field 688) has increased from three to five decimals.

• Added Adjusted Fully Indexed Rate Field to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Calculation Window (NGENT-28155) - The Adjusted Fully Indexed Rate field (Encompass field 3296) has been added to the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Calculation window to display total of the margin and index on the loan.

• Added Index Date Field to URLA 2020 Lender Form (NGENT-28151) - A new Index Date field (Encompass field 4898) has been added to indicate the last day the Index was updated.

• Two New Lock Icons Added to Section M of URLA 2020 Lender Form (NGENT-31072) - The following fields now have lock icons in Section M of the 2020 URLA Lender form:

  • M4. Total of Other Assets Applied to Loan (URLA.X151)

  • M6. Cash Deposit on Sales Contract (L128)

• Lock Icon Added to Section M Field (NGENT-31359) - A lock icon has been added to the M2. Total of Other Assets Applied to Loan field (Encompass field URLA.X151) to enable users to manually enter a value.

• Property Tax Fields Added to Loan Estimate Fee Management Form (NGENT-19212) - Property tax fields have been added to the Prepaids section of the Loan Estimate Fee Management form.

Trades Updates

• Trades Export Now Exports All Records (NGENT-22813) - A change has been made which enables users to export all trade records instead of only the visible trade records.

• Printing Assigned or Eligible Loans from Trade Now Prints All Records (NGENT-23565) - A change has been made which enables users to print all assigned loans on the assigned or eligible tabs without having to view each page before printing.

Reporting View Updates

• Sorting Indicator Added to Indicate Sorting Column by Ascending and Descending (NGENT-31162) - Reporting View columns now have a sorting indicator when the column is sorted by ascending or descending order.

Purchase Conditions Updates

• New Name Column Added to Conditions Page (NGENT-29419) - A new Name column, located between the Type and Description columns, has been added to the Conditions page to display the name of the enhanced condition.

Fixed Issues

• URLA 2020 Page Section Headers Now Match the Left Navigation Links (NGENT-27052) - Fixed an issue where the URLA 2020 page section headers did not match the URLA 2020 left navigation links. In addition, the following changes have been made:

• The Submit Loan confirmation message has been changed to “Are you sure you want to proceed?”

• The Submit Loan Submission Overview header has been updated and the date fields now include the page name in the field labels.

• The Submit for Underwriting Disclosure Status header has been updated and the date fields now include the page name in the field labels.

• Resubmitting Wholesale Loan No Longer Updates Incorrect Date Field (NGENT-28737) - Fixed an issue where resubmitting a wholesale loan would update the correspondent Submitted for Review Date field (Encompass field 4119) on the loan.

• City, County, and State Now Auto-populate when ZIP Code Entered for Subject Property (NGENT-27764) - Fixed an issue where the city, county, and state fields didn’t populate automatically after entering the ZIP code on the Quick Registration screen.

• Floor Vrbg Field Updated to Display Full Values (NGENT-30601) - Fixed an issue where the texts in the Floor Vrbg field wouldn’t display fully.

• Trades Pipeline no Longer Displays Bulk Delivery Trades When Not Selected in a Filter (NGENT-31079) - Fixed an issue where bulk delivery trades displayed on the Trades Pipeline when the Trades Pipeline was filtered to omit them.

• Column Filters on New Pipeline View Now Function Correctly (NGENT-31484) - Fixed an issue where column filters applied on the new Pipeline view did not display the correct data.

• New Pipeline Group and Channel Names Now Display Fully (NGENT-27578) - Fixed an issue where the names of loan groups and channel names on the new Pipeline view were sometimes cut off.

• Error no Longer Displays When Exiting Fee Management Page Without Saving (NGENT-31115) - Fixed an issue where some users received an Invalid LoanId error when exiting the Fee Management page without saving changes.
