Overview

This topic provides information on how to use the My Notifications page.

You can configure your notifications to enable (receive) or disable (not receive) specific System Email Notifications, and if you have the necessary permission, Signing Notifications.

Open your My Notifications page

  • In the My Simplifile Toolbar (in the upper-right corner of the page), select the right-most User Settings button (similar to My Simplifle toobar User tools icon) and select the Notifications link. The My Notifications page opens in the right panel.

Set your System Email Notifications

NOTE:  

We have an improve method to alert users of system issues via email. Any time a System Alert of type Email (Submitters only) is activated, all users with the System issues setting enabled will receive an email containing the alert.

To address this, we have made three primary changes:

  1. The Email (Submitters only) delivery method sends an email with the contents of the message to any user subscribed to System Issues notifications
  2. All users currently subscribed to the Message Center Updates report have their System Issues setting enabled.
  3. We have eliminated the Message Center Updates report.
  1. Open your My Notifications page.
  2. Go to the System Email Notifications section.
  3. To enable (receive) a specific signing notification, mark the box to the right of the entry.
  4. To disable (not receive) a specific signing notification, clear the box to the right of the entry.
