Open the Review page
- In the navigation menu, select the Signing item. The Dashboard page opens in the right panel and the navigation menu changes to display signing specific items with the Review item selected.
- In the navigation menu, select the Review item. The Review page opens in the right panel.
Set up folders
You can set up folders to help you organize documents that are ready for signatures. For example, you could set up a folder for each signer and notary, or folders that separate signers and notaries into two groups. You could also set up a folder for each recording county (or jurisdiction) where you submit documents.
- Open the Review page.
- On the Review page, select in the Filters dropdown button and in the Folder field go to the bottom of the list and select the Manage Folders
item. The Manage Review Folders window opens. - In the Folder Name field, enter the name you want to use for the folder you are creating.
- Select the Create New Folder
button. The new folder is added to the table in the window. - Select the Done
button. The Manage Review Folder window closes.
Remove a folder
- Open the Review page.
- On the Review page, select in the Filters dropdown button and in the Folder field go to the bottom of the list and select the Manage Folders
item. The Manage Review Folders window opens. - In the table, select the Delete Folder trash can
icon of the folder you want to remove. The Remove Review Folder window opens. - Select the Remove
button. The row is removed from the table. - Select the Done
button.
Review all documents
- Open the Review page.
- If needed, use the dropdown list to select the folder.
- Select the View Documents
button. A document opens and the navigation menu changes with Document item selected.
View selected documents
- Open the Review page.
- If needed, use the dropdown list to select the folder.
- In the left‑most column, mark the items you want to review.
- Select the View Selected
button. A document opens and the navigation menu changes with Data Entry item selected.

Delete and item in the review list
- Open the Review page.
- If needed, use the dropdown list to select the folder to review.
- In the left‑most column, mark the items you want to delete.
- Select the Actions
dropdown button. A menu opens. - Select the Delete
item from the menu.
Move an item in the review list
- Open the Review page.
- If needed, use the dropdown list to select the folder.
- In the left‑most column, mark the items you want to move.
- Select the Actions
dropdown button. A menu opens. - Select the Move
Item from the menu. The Move Document window opens. - In the dropdown field, select the document.
- In the Comments field, enter comments about the move.
- Select the Move
button. The window closes and the document is moved and the Review page table is updated.
Archive an item in the review list
- Open the Review page.
- If needed, use the dropdown list to select the folder.
- Select the Actions
dropdown button. A menu opens. - Select the Archive
item from the menu. The Archive Documents window opens. - Read the information in the window.
- Do one of the following:
- To archive the selected documents, click the Archive
button. - To cancel the archiving of the selected documents, click the Cancel
button.
- To archive the selected documents, click the Archive
Customize the column display and order
- Select the Actions
dropdown button. - Select the Customize columns
item. The Column Display And Order window opens. - Mark the column names you want to include on the page.
- Clear the column names you wan to exclude from the page.
- To change the column display order, select the row you want to move and drag it to the new position.

To save your selections, select the OK
button. The Columns to Display window closes and the page displays the new selections.
Export the Print Documents page items as a CSV file
- In the table, mark the checkboxes of the items you want to export to a CSV file.
- in the upper‑right corner, select the Actions
dropdown button. A menu opens. - Select the Export Data
item. The DataEntryList.csvfile downloads to your browser's download location.
