Feature Enhancements in Encompass Investor Connect 21.1

The following updates have been made to the Loan Delivery Status window and the Retry Submission window. The Loan Delivery Status window is accessed by clicking the Loan Delivery Status button on the Encompass Pipeline. The Retry Submission window is accessed by clicking the Retry Submission button on the Loan Delivery Status window.

Tool Tips

Tool tips have been added to the following column headers in the Loan Delivery Status window and Retry Submission window to provide definitions for the dates listed in the columns.

Date Column	Tool Tip Text	Detailed Description
Requested Date	User submitted the delivery request	Date and time when an Encompass user clicked the Submit button for a loan package.
Submission Date	Loan was submitted to Partner	Date and time when Encompass Investor Connect finished processing the package and sent it to the partner.
Status Date	Transaction status was updated	Date and time when the loan package status was last changed.

Columns Changed on the Retry Submission Window

A Requested Date column has been added on the Retry Submission window to capture the date and time when a user clicked the Submit button on the submission window for a loan package delivery. This column displays as a default column on the window.

The Submission Date column no longer displays by default on the window, but you can add it to the window by clicking the ellipse icon on the upper-right corner of the window, and then selecting the Submission Date checkbox from the dropdown list.

A new External Reference ID field has been to the Additional Information window to capture the external reference tracking ID if a partner includes this ID in a response for a batch loan delivery. The Additional Information window opens when you click and entry in the Status column on the Loan Delivery Status Window for a package with a status of Delivered, In Review, Approved, Denied, or Pending Conditions. The External Reference ID displays on the Additional Information window in the Summary and in the Response Log. In the Response Log, the words External Reference ID display in the entry when an ID has been returned by the partner, and the full ID displays when you toggle open the log entry.
