Fixed Issue in Encompass Investor Connect 26.1 April Service Pack
Following the release of Encompass Investor Connect 26.1, an issue occurred where the default Stacking Template did not populate the Stacking Template field on the Add Submission Details page. Instead of the default template configured in the Encompass desktop interface (Encompass Settings>eFolder Setup>Document Stacking Templates), the Stacking Template field displayed “None”.
A secondary issue occurred where some submissions were delivered and received a Failed response, even though “None” was displayed in the Stacking Template field. (It should not be possible to submit a package without a template because the Deliver button should be disabled.)
This issue has been resolved. The default Stacking Template now populates the Stacking Template field on the Add Submission Details page.
