Feature Enhancements in Encompass Investor Connect 25.1 Major Release

Support for the Investor Cure by Date has been added to the bi-directional response so an investor can send the date to Encompass Investor Connect.

A new Investor Cure by Date field (5045) is now provided on the Shipping Detail input form. Use this field to store the cure by date for the loan sent by an investor (via Encompass Investor Connect) back to Encompass.

Two new messages, "Investor Cure by Date auto imported" and "Error Importing Investor Cure by Date", have been added to the Encompass desktop interface Pipeline and Alerts & Messages and the Encompass web interface Notification Messages. These messages are triggered once the Investor Cure by Date is received.

A new Investor Cure By Date field has been added to the Delivery Details window. In addition, the field has been added to the Updates section and the accordion header, when applicable.

There is a known issue where the date is incorrect when it is converted due to the time zone.

A new Investor Cure By Date tab has been added to the Auto Import Exceptions window.

This tab lists the loans with Investor Cure by Date auto import exceptions. The tab has a layout in table format with a row for each loan with an exception. The rows contain columns for:

• Loan Number

• Borrower Name

• Subject Property Address for the loan

• Source that sent the conditions

• Received On date for the condition

• Description which is always "Investor Cure by Date"

• Details which provides additional information about an entry

Select the loans whose cure by date you want to manually import. When one or more checkboxes are selected, the Import button is enabled, and you can click the button to import the selected responses.

To view additional information about each entry, click the Arrow icon in the Details column on the far right. The import window for investor cure by date details will open.

To import a response, select the radio button on the far right side of the exception. Click the Import button to manually import and clear the exception.

When all responses are cleared, you will be taken back to the Auto Import Exception page and a message displays stating that no conditions are available for import.

In the rare event that an additional issue prevents the import of the conditions, the following error message displays at the top of the window. You can try to manually import the exceptions later.
