Fixed Issue in Encompass Investor Connect 24.3 January Service Pack

An issue occurred after the Encompass Investor Connect 24.3 release where users encountered issues when scrolling through the Review Documents page. The users experienced jumping, freezing, refreshing, and lagging behavior as they scrolled through the list of documents which made it difficult to review the files accurately. This issue has been resolved and users can now scroll through the Review Documents page smoothly.
