Use the statuses displayed on the Current Trades list to track the progress of your loan trades. Each loan that is assigned to a loan trade also has a status (as it relates to the loan trade) that displays on the Currently in Trade list.

Loan Trade Statuses

When you record the completion of each phase of a loan trade, the loan trade's status is updated.

  • Open - The trade has been created and saved.

  • Committed - The commitment was made to the investor on the Commitment Date that is entered on the Details tab.

  • Shipped - All loans in the trade were shipped on the Actual Delivery Date that is entered on the Details tab.

  • Purchased - The purchase of the trade was completed on the Purchase Date (entered on the Details tab).

  • Archived - The trade was moved to the Archived list. These trades are view-only and cannot be modified.

Loan Statuses

The date to the right of the loan status is the date the current status was set. If a status is displayed as Pending (such as Assigned - Pending), the loan file has not yet been synchronized with the trade.

  • Assigned - The loan has been assigned to the trade.

  • Shipped - The loan has been shipped. The status is set using the Marked as Shipped button, or by entering an Actual Ship Date on the Shipping Detail form in the loan file.

  • Purchased - The purchase of the loan is complete. The status is set by entering a Purchase Advice Date on the Purchase Advice Form in the loan file.
