All User Information
Use the All User Information tool to view users, find a user
in the organization hierarchy, and send emails to selected users. This tool is only available when you are logged in as an admin user.
View User IDs

On the menu bar, click Encompass, and then click Settings.

On the left panel, click System Administration, and then click All User Information.

Click the Refresh icon to update the information.
View Users Assigned a Specific Persona

Select a persona (or All
Users) from the Select list.
Edit a User Profile

Select a user.

Click the Edit icon.

On the User Details window, edit the user's profile as required, and then click Save.
Find a User in the Organization Hierarchy

Select a user.

Click the Find
in Hierarchy button.
The Organization/User Setup window
opens with the hierarchy expanded to show the user's location in the organization.
Send an Email Message to Users
To send an email message, the selected user's profile must contain an
email address.

Select the users to whom you want to send an email
message, and then click Email.

Type the required content and send the email.
