Fixed Issues for Version 22.2.0.2 (Banker Edition)

Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 22.2 Critical Patch 4 release includes the following items, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines (22.2.0.2). This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
After upgrading to Encompass 22.2, some users experienced an issue where Encompass stopped responding after they clicked a Fee Details icon on the 2015 itemization input form in order to open the Fee Details pop-up window and enter or edit details about the associated fee. To address this issue, the process Encompass uses to call and render the Fee Details window has been updated. The new process is more efficient, reducing the likelihood of a network disconnect.
Since this issue did not impact all Encompass customers, and the systems in which it did occur were not identical, it is possible that this issue could persist for some customers. However, testing of the newly updated process by ICE Mortgage Technology in various scenarios was successful and Encompass operated as expected when clicking the Fee Details icons.
SEC-23374
In Encompass Settings, the Secondary Setup > Lock Comparison Tool Fields setting has been removed. This setting was made available in Encompass 22.2, however, it was not intended to be. This setting will be restored in a future Encompass release.
