Update to the Encompass Server (i.e., Server Patch 3)
Below are updates in the Server Patch (server patch 3) that are applied to the Encompass Server. The Server Patch contains the relevant Encompass code that applies to the following fixed issues. The Server Patch included with this release will be applied to the Encompass Server automatically and cannot be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool.
An issue has been resolved that caused slower system performance for certain customers after upgrading to the Encompass 22.2 Major Release. This issue occurred when Encompass sessions were not closing gracefully in some scenarios, for example, when using automation bots, experiencing network glitches, killing tasks, or allowing a laptop to go to sleep with Encompass open. These scenarios resulted in increased memory usage and slower system performance. This issue has been resolved. Memory is being released appropriately and system performance has been restored to previous levels.
NICE-41342
An issue occurred where if multiple TPO organizations had the same Start Date that was less than or equal to today’s date, and a new LO Comp plan was added to one of those organizations, the End Date was updated to today’s date for all the TPO organizations with the same Start Date less than or equal to today’s date.
While the End Date was not displayed in the Smart Client, it was populated in the database.
This issue has been resolved and the End Date is no longer updated when a new LO Comp plan is added. This resolution is only applied to new LO Comp plans. For existing plans with an End Date in database, you must manually delete the plan in the Smart Client and then add a new plan.
