Details:The entry for New Options for Source of Funds Option Added to Verification of Additional Loans Input Form on the Feature Enhancements page has been updated with a revised Updated Fannie Mae DU and Freddie Mac LP Options in dropdown Lists entry to provide additional information about changes made to dropdown lists as a result of Fannie Mae DU and Freddie Mac LP updates.

Details:Updates have been made to the two entries on the Feature Enhancements page.

The Purchase Credit Options Now Indicate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Applicability entry on to the Feature Enhancements page was updated to replace the content in the last bulleted point describing the dropdown lists affected by the new Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac applicability indicators.

Current description:

  • The refinance program dropdown list (field ID URLA.X166). This field displays as a series of checkboxes on the 1003 URLA - Lender input form, but it can be added to a custom form as a dropdown list.

Previous description:

  • The Description (field ID URLAROA0102) in the Account Information section of the Verification of Other Assets.

 

Additionally, in the New Use for UCD Export Indicator Added to Disclosure Tracking Tool entry on the Feature Enhancements page, a new reference and link to a knowledge article that provides additional information about using this checkbox has been added. You can view KA 40337 here.
