Amounts for Taxes, Ins, and Expenses Now Updating Correctly on the VOM for a Subject Property

An issue was resolved that caused the Taxes, Ins, Expenses (field ID FM0021) field on the VOM input form to not update as expected when the Subject Property checkbox (field ID FM0028) was selected on the VOM and fees were then updated in the 1000 section of the 2015 Itemization input form. This issue has been resolved and the Taxes, Ins, Expenses field on an existing VOM for a subject property is now updating as expected after fees in the 1000 section of the 2015 Itemization are updated.

Workaround Information:

The following workaround was provided for this production issue and is no longer required for the Encompass 21.4 February Service Pack and later.

To trigger a recalculation of the Taxes, In, Expenses (field ID FM0021), click the Lock icon twice or click the Subject Property checkbox twice.

An issue was resolved that caused the Mortgage Payment (field ID FM0016) and Taxes, Ins, Expenses (field ID FM0021) fields on the VOM input form to not update as expected when the Subject Property checkbox (field ID FM0028) was selected on the VOM and fees were then updated in the 1000 section of the 2015 Itemization input form. Update to Encompass SDK to Address Versioning Issue

If you are utilizing the Encompass SDK to open or update loan files, upgrading to the new SDK package for 21.4.0.4 is required to receive this update.

The Encompass SDK provided for this Encompass 21.4.0.4 release has been updated to help ensure that users do not experience issues with using the SDK after upgrading. In previous 21.4.0.x releases, users were required to first uninstall the previous 21.4.0.x SDK prior to installing the new SDK. The requirement to first uninstall the previous 21.4.0.x SDK is not needed to successfully upgrade and use the SDK for Encompass 21.4.0.4.
