Details:The Purchase Credit Options Now Indicate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Applicability entry on to the Feature Enhancements page was updated to replace the content in the last bulleted point describing the dropdown lists affected by the new Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac applicability indicators.

Current description:

  • The refinance program dropdown list (field ID URLA.X166). This field displays as a series of checkboxes on the 1003 URLA - Lender input form, but it can be added to a custom form as a dropdown list.

Previous description:

  • The Description (field ID URLAROA0102) in the Account Information section of the Verification of Other Assets.

Details: The following new information was added to the System Requirements & SDK Upgrade Requirement for Encompass section in the introduction of the release notes to explain that Encompass SDK users must first uninstall earlier 21.3 SDK packages prior to installing the new SDK package provided for Encompass 21.3.0.2.

Important Note: In order to successfully install the SDK for this release, you must first uninstall the previous 21.3.0.x SDK prior to installing the new SDK for 21.3.0.2. Failure to uninstall the earlier 21.3 SDK may result in errors when upgrading to the 21.3.0.2 SDK.
