Fixed Issues for Version 21.3.0.1 Server Patch 2 (Banker Edition)
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
This Encompass 21.3 Critical Patch release provides an update to the Encompass Server (server patch 2).
Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Update to the Encompass Server (i.e., Server Patch 2)
Below are updates in the Server Patch that are applied to the Encompass Server. The Server Patch contains the relevant Encompass code that applies to the following fixed issues. The Server Patch included with this release will be applied to the Encompass Server automatically and cannot be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool.
After Encompass retrieved new AIQ data and a loan save was performed, the System Audit Trail and Encompass Reporting Database were not being updated accordingly because the system was not recognizing any changes between the Encompass client and server data. Since users rely on the Reporting Database field changes for their workflow and were not notified of any changes, they were needing to manually review each file for updates. This issue has been resolved so that the System Audit Trail and Encompass Reporting Database are now updated accordingly when changed AIQ data is retrieved in Encompass.

On a multi-tenant server, if two Encompass instances are enabled with AIQ, the green AIQ message notifications that display in the Loan Log’s Alerts & Messages tab along with a pop-up message that notifies the loan team member when new updates to the loan file are available, were only being provided in one of the instances. This issue has been resolved so that the green AIQ message notification is now provided in all AIQ enabled Encompass instances.
