Fixed Issues for Version 21.2.0.4 (Banker Edition)

This Encompass 21.2 Major Release Critical Patch 4 release includes an update to users' Encompass client machines (21.2.0.4).
Why we fixed these issues: These issue were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. These issues were chosen to be fixed based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 21.2 Major Release Critical Patch 4 release includes the following items, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Two updates introduced with the Encompass 21.2 Critical Patch 3 release are being rolled back due to an issue that caused an error message to display for field trigger business rules that used the Closing Date (field ID 748) or Disbursement Date (field ID 2553) as the trigger for the rule. This issue would cause an Exception in TriggerCalculation error message to display when the business rule was trigger.
The following two updates are being rolled back and will be reintroduced with a future Encompass release:

Updates to Encompass Housing Expenses to Match Fannie Mae DU – In the interim, clients still need to populate present housing expense fields as they will not be automatically synced from the VOM.
