Fixed Issues for Version 21.1.0.9 (Broker Edition)

This Encompass 21.1 April Service Pack Critical Patch 5 release includes updates to users' Encompass client machines (21.1.0.9).
Why we fixed these issues: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 21.1 April Service Pack Critical Patch 5 release includes the following items, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
An issue was resolved that resulted in slower performance times when a file attachment was opened and then closed in the eFolder Cloud Viewer (the new document viewer recently developed by ICE Mortgage Technology). This occurred because the Chromium browser used by the viewer was generating a debug file when a document was closed, even if Encompass was not running in debug mode. This issue has been resolved. The Chromium debug process is now disabled when Encompass is not running in debug mode.
