Fixed Issues for Version 20.2.0.2
This Encompass 20.2 Critical Patch 2 includes updates to users' Encompass client machines (20.2.0.2).
Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. The issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 20.2 Critical Patch 2 includes the following items, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Fixed Issues
An issue was introduced in Encompass 20.2 where the Disclosure Details screen that is provided in the Disclosure Tracking tool for Closing Document order tracking entries was no longer displaying the Reasons tab, Select Disclosure Recipient dropdown field, and the Disclosure Type dropdown field. This prevented users from reviewing the reasons for the revised disclosure, selecting the disclosure recipient, and indicating if the disclosure is an Initial, Revised, Final or Post Consummation version. This issue has been resolved and these areas of the Disclosure Details screen are now displaying again as expected for Closing Documents order tracking entries.
Please note, this fix for the Disclosure Details window will be applied only for new Closing Document Disclosure Tracking tool entries that are created after upgrading to this Encompass 20.2.0.2 release. This fix does not apply to existing Disclosure Tracking tool entries that were created prior to this release. As a workaround, add a new manual tracking entry for the Closing Disclosure to the Disclosure History list or redisclose the Closing Disclosure before or after upgrading to Encompass 20.2.0.2.
NICE-33792
An issue was resolved that affected the ability to filter eFolder documents based on whether they have file attachments. Prior to the Encompass 20.2.0.1 release, Encompass users were able to filter for eFolder documents with file attachments by typing A,E,G,I,L,M,N,T, or U in the search field at the top of the Attachment column in the eFolder. This issue has been resolved and the filter now works as it previously did.
