Fixed Issues for Version 20.2.0.11 (Broker Edition)

This Encompass 20.2 January Service Pack Critical Patch 6 release includes updates to users' Encompass client machines (20.2.0.11).
Why we fixed these issues: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 20.2 January Service Pack Critical Patch 6 release includes the following items, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines. These client updates can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive these updates upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
URLA Updates
An issue occurred in some loans using the new URLA 2020 forms, where the loan’s borrower data was being removed when attempting to run Fannie Mae DU. Specifically, borrower data was entered in the loan, but then if an error was triggered when attempting to run Fannie Mae DU, certain borrower data was no longer displayed in the loan after the user acknowledged the error. To help prevent this data loss, a new error message is now displayed to the user when they request DU if there is a problem submitting the loan.
After clicking the Submit button to order underwriting through DU, the new error message displays when applicable. The data in the loan is retained after the user acknowledges the error message.
The error message explains that the submission has been canceled, and then provides information about the issue with the loan that is causing the error to assist with troubleshooting. Here is an example:
