Fixed Issues for Version 20.1.0.2
This Encompass 20.1 Critical Patch 2 includes updates to users' Encompass client machines (20.1.0.2).
Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. The issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 20.1 Critical Patch 2 includes the following item, which is a client-side update that is applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Fixed Issue
Ellie Mae received reports of users intermittently receiving the following error message when clicking the Send button in the eFolder for eDisclosure or Closing Document packages.
Upon investigation, it was determined that the issue occurs only when the eDisclosure or document packages have been generated multiple times and included barcoded documents.
This issue has been resolved and all package types can now be sent without receiving the error message.
