Fixed Issues for 20.1 September Service Pack Critical Patch 1 (Banker Edition)
Encompass Home Page
An issue was introduced with the Encompass 20.1 September Service Pack where the link to the Encompass Consumer Connect administration portal that is provided on the Encompass Home page was not working as expected. When an Encompass user with the required access rights to their Encompass Consumer Connect instance clicks this Manage your Consumer Connect Portal link, they should be taken to their instance and automatically logged in so they can begin their work in the administration portal. However, in Encompass 20.1.0.14 Server Patch 10, users clicking this link were taken to the Encompass Consumer Connect log in page and they were forced to log into their instance in order to access their administration portal.
This issue has been resolved and this link is now working as expected. Authorized users clicking this link on the Encompass Home page will now once again be automatically logged into their Encompass Consumer Connect administration portal.
