Fixed Issues for Version 19.4.0.10
This critical patch contains updates to users' Encompass client machines (19.4.0.10).
Please note that this critical patch release fixes an issue with Encompass Investor Connect which is available for use in Encompass Banker Edition only.
Why we fixed these issues: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
This critical patch contains the following fix, which is a client-side update that is applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Some Encompass Investor Connect users experienced an issue where the submission screen used to submit loans to investors was rendering blank intermittently. When blank, these users could not submit loan documents and data their selected investor.
For example, users would right-click on a loan in their Pipeline, select Investor Services, and then select the Deliver to [Investor Name] option to bring up the Deliver to… submission window that contains a series of fields used to enter comments related to the submission, the submission type, commitment type and trade number (when applicable), and a Send button used to send the attached documents and data to the investor. However, this window was blank. This issue has been resolved and the submission window is now rendering as expected.
Note that this issue also occurred intermittently with the Loan Delivery Status window used to view the status of loan packages sent to investors. This issue has been resolved for this Loan Delivery Status window as well.
