Fixed Issues for Version 18.2.0.5
This Encompass 18.2 Critical Patch 3 includes updates to users' Encompass client machines.
Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. The issue chosen to be fixed was based on its severity and its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 18.2 Critical Patch 3 includes the following item, which is a client-side update that is applied to users' Encompass client machines. This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Interim Servicing Worksheet
The Interim Servicing Worksheet is available in Encompass Banker Edition only, not Encompass Broker Edition.
An issue occurred when using the Interim Servicing Worksheet (Worksheet) and the Payment Due Date was changed in the Payment Transaction screen to a date that was not on the amortization schedule. After saving the loan associated with the Worksheet, it could not be reopened. This issue has been resolved and Encompass will now apply the processed payment to the next available Payment Due Date from the amortization schedule.
If users have loans they were previously unable to open, they will need to go back to the Worksheet for those loans to ensure any payment entries made before this issue occurred are correct.
