Fixed Issues in Version 25.2 June Service Pack Critical Patch 1
(Broker Edition)
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Update to the Client Machines (25.2.0.4)
The Encompass 25.2 June Service Pack Critical Patch 1 release includes the following update, which will be applied to users' Encompass client machines (25.2.0.4). This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Some users in the eFolder (specifically, users in Encompass instances where the Document Conversion option was not being used (Settings > eFolder Setup> Document Conversion option was not selected)) experienced an issue when viewing files in the Document Viewer. After retrieving a file returned from a service provider, and then opening the file in the Document Viewer, users received an exception error when they clicked the View in Original Format button to view the file in its original format. This issue has been fixed. Clicking the View in Original Format button in this scenario works as expected and displays the file in its original format outside of the viewer.

After ordering product and pricing for a loan via the ICE PPE service, the pricing results were returned and listed on the Documents tab in the eFolder as expected, but then an Illegal characters in path Application Error was returned after double-clicking the file to view it. This issue has been fixed and pricing results returned from ICE PPE can now be viewed successfully from the eFolder.

When attempting to view larger file attachments in the eFolder's File Manager, an Exception Error was triggered and the file could not be displayed. In some cases, the file perpetually tried to load (without trigging the error) but it would not ever render in the File Manager's viewing panel. The cause of these issues was identified and fixed and now the larger files are displaying correctly in the File Manager.
