Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 24.1 June Service Pack release includes the following updates, which will be applied to users' Encompass client machines (24.1.0.6). This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Repurchase Date Added to HMDA LAR Report

The Repurchase Date (3312) on the HMDA Information input form is now included in the fields required for the HMDA LAR report. This addresses an issue that caused the HMDA LAR report to not include loans that were originated and repurchased in two different HMDA reporting years. Previously, the HMDA LAR report only included loans that were originated and repurchased in the same HMDA reporting year. This report is generated by going to Pipeline > Compliance Services > Generate HMDA Export.
This update adds the Repurchase Date (3312) on the HMDA Information input form to the fields required for the HMDA LAR report. When a user starts to generate the report, Encompass checks to ensure all the required HMDA fields are included in the Encompass Reporting Database. If field 3312 is missing from database, the user will receive the following message and not be able to generate the report until the field is added to the Selected Fields panel in the Reporting Database by the Encompass administrator.
Important Note- Additional updates in Encompass are required before field 3312 will be included in the HMDA LAR reports. These updates will be provided with a new GSE Integrations and Services release currently planned for July 2024.
