Ordering Products and Services
After you establish accounts with your service providers, you can begin
to order products and services from them. After you place an order, you can track the order status and view returned reports and documents from within Encompass.
Ordering Process
To place an order, complete and submit the service provider's
request form. You can order services from the Services tab, loan forms, or the eFolder.
From the Services Tab

On the Services
tab, click the button associated with a category of providers.
For example, Order Credit Report.

On the My Providers tab, select the name of a provider, and then click Submit.

Complete the required information on the provider's
request form and submit the request.
From a Loan Form

Click an
Order [service] button on an input form. For example, Order Credit on the Borrower Summary.

On the My Providers tab, select the name of a provider, and then click Submit.

Complete the required information on the provider's
request form and submit the request.
From the eFolder

Click the eFolder icon in the upper-right.

Click the Documents tab, and then select Settlement Services on the Document Group panel.

Select a document from the Document list on the right panel, and then click Request.

On the My Providers tab, select the name of a provider, and then click Submit or Order.
The name of the My Provider tab will vary for different services.

Complete the required information on the provider's
request form and submit the request.
View Order Status
After an order is placed,
you can view the status of the request from two places.
The Loan Log
An entry is created in the Loan Log for each order you place. Click the entry to view the current status. You can also add comments and make other updates on the worksheet as required.
The Documents Tab on the eFolder
Displays basic order information and current status.
View Results
You can access returned reports and documents from three places.
The Loan Log
Click the log entry for the order, and then click Attachments on the worksheet.
The Services Tab
Click the document icon to the right of the service you ordered.
The Documents Tab on the eFolder
Select the service that was ordered, and then click Retrieve.
