Ordering Products and Services

After you establish accounts with your service providers, you can begin to order products and services from them. After you place an order, you can track the order status and view returned reports and documents from within Encompass.

Ordering Process

To place an order, complete and submit the service provider's request form. You can order services from the Services tab, loan forms, or the eFolder.

View Order Status

After an order is placed, you can view the status of the request from two places.
