Beginning with Encompass 18.3, a new workflow is being used to add non-borrowing owners (for example, title-only spouses) to loans as non-borrowing owner file contacts. Adding a non-borrowing owner file contact automatically populates vesting information for the contact on the Borrower Information – Vesting input form and places the non-borrowing owner in the correct workflow when generating disclosures and closing documents.
Settlement Service Provider List
Use the Settlement Service Provider List in Encompass to add up to 30 providers to provide to your borrowers when the loan is disclosed. You can enter providers manually or create templates of predefined providers that you can apply to the form.

The Closing Process

Sending Initial Disclosures

Status Online lets you publish loan status updates to a secure website where borrowers and partners can see them. Use the Company Status Online Personal Status Online settings in Encompass to set up email templates to use for these status updates.
