State-Specific Disclosure Information
Use the State-Specific Disclosure Information form to enter disclosure information required by the state in which the subject property is located. This information is applied to forms in disclosure packages that require state-specific information, and the type of information required is different for each state.
The form that displays is determined by the information entered in the State field (field ID: 14) for the subject property. For example, if you enter MA in the subject property State field, the Massachusetts state-specific disclosure form displays.
