The contract number, assigned by your company. The contract number, assigned by the investor. Type the investor name, or click Investor to select from the Investor Template list. The total amount of the loans required to fulfill the contract. The allowed variance to the contract amount. This field is for information only. The beginning date of the contract. The expiration date of the contract. The expected loan delivery schedule. Select Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually. This field is for information only.
 

Create a Master Contract

  1. On the Trades tab, click the Master Contracts tab, and then click the New icon.
  2. In the Contract Info section, complete the basic contract information, and then click the Save icon.

When you click the Find icon and select an investor from the Investor Template list, all the investor's address and contact information is added to the contract and automatically populated to any trades that are subsequently added to the contract.

After You Create a Master Contract

  • You can create new trades from the Master Contract module (click the Create Trade button). The contract and investor information will be automatically applied to the trade.
  • You can add existing trades to the contract by selecting the Master Contract # on a trade's Details tab.
  • You can track the number of trades applied, total assigned amount, and percent completion of each contract.
  • If you change the Master Contract #, the change will be applied to the contract's trades. Changes to other contract fields do not affect the trades.
