Packages Tab

The Packages tab lists all packages that have been sent for a loan originated on an Encompass Consumer Connect website, regardless of the package status, and provides a history of the packages across the life of the loan.

If a loan was not originated on an Encompass Consumer Connect website, the Packages tab does not display.

A Review & Sign link displays in the Status column for packages with documents that require the loan officer’s signature. Loan officers can click the link to electronically sign the documents. You can also click icons to view details of a package or to view the documents sent in the package.

To View Package Details

  1. On the Packages tab in the eFolder, click the Arrow icon in the details column to view the details for a package.

  2. The Package Details window opens in a slide-out window that displays details for the package.

    • The From section provides the sender’s role in the loan, name, and email address, and the date and time when the package was sent.

    • The To section includes a subsection for each recipient. includes the recipients’ status, name, and email address, and an Email Message link that opens a window where you can view the email that was sent to the recipient. The recipient’s contact information is populated from the File Contacts tool for the loan.

    • Each recipient section also includes a Task section that lists both completed and pending tasks. The date and time displays when a task has been viewed or completed.

  3. Click the Email Message link to view the email in a slide-out window.

To View Documents:

  1. On the Packages tab, click the Document icon for an entry.

  2. When the document viewer opens, documents are listed in the left panel.

  3. Click a document to view the document in the viewing panel on the right.

    Entries for needed documents are grayed-out and cannot be opened in the document viewer. An orange Document icon displays next to these documents.
