Business Contacts

Use the Business Contacts tool to search for, add, edit, and delete business contacts.

On the Tools tab, click Business Contacts.
At the top of the Business Contacts window, select a category, type all or part of your search term in one or more column fields (such as Company Name or First Name), and then click anywhere below the fields. You may also select a state from the State dropdown list to filter the contacts based on the state in which the provider does business.

Example: Above the Last Name column, type the letters la, and then click anywhere in the table. The table displays only contacts with names that contain the la sequence of letter, such as Lafayette or McLaughlin.
- Entries in the column fields are not case sensitive, but must exactly match the text in the corresponding contact field.
- To display all business contacts, click the Clear button.

On the Tools tab, click Business Contacts.
On the Business Contacts window, click the New icon.
- You can perform a search as described above, select a contact from the list, and then click the Duplicate icon.
Select the Category in which to include the contact.

Use the Organization category to create information for each company/branch in your company. You can then open the Business Contacts window from page 3 of the 1003 form and select the appropriate company information for the application.
Add contact information in the Contact Details area.

Personal Information
First Name	The contact's first name.
Last Name	The contact's last name.
Salutation	The contact's title or identifier (For example, Mr., Mrs., Dr., Sir, Dame, etc.).
Home Phone	The contact's home phone number.
Work Phone	The contact's business phone number.
Cell Phone	The contact's mobile/cell phone number.
Fax Number	The contact's fax number.
Home Email	The contacts home email address.
Work Email	The contacts business email address.
Contact License #	The number or alpha-numeric identifier of the license or certificate issued to the business contact.
Lic. Issuing Authority	Name of the issuing authority through which the business contact obtained the license.
Lic. Authority Type	Level of authority of the license issuer: Private, Public Federal, Public Local, or Public State.
Lic. Authority State Code	The two-character representation of the US state, US Territory, Canadian Province, Military APO FPO, or Territory in which the party is licensed or certified to operate.
Lic. Issue Date	The date when the license was issued.
Do Not Email	Select this checkbox to prevent email merge messages from being sent to this contact.
Public	Select this checkbox to enable all loan team members (with the required permissions) to access this contact.

Business Information
Category	Use the Category list to select a business category for the contact.
Company	The contact's company name.
Address 1	Line 1 of the contact's business address.
Address 2	Line 2 of the contact's business address.
City	The city in which the contact's business is located.
State	The state in which the contact's business is located.
Zip	The ZIP code in which the contact's business is located.
License #	The contact's business license number.
Fees	Any standard fees charged by the contact.
Web URL	The URL of the contact's website.
Job Title	The contact's job title.
Company License #	The business license number for the contact's company.
Lic. Issuing Authority	Name of the issuing authority through which the company obtained the license.
Lic. Authority Type	Level of authority of the license issuer: Private, Public Federal, Public Local, or Public State.
Lic. Authority State Code	The two-character representation of the US state, US Territory, Canadian Province, Military APO FPO, or Territory in which the company is licensed or certified to operate.
Lic. Issue Date	The date on which the license for the contact's company was issued.
