Adverse Loan Status

The Current Status field on the Borrower Summary form is used to assign one of nine predefined loan statuses.

Six of the statuses are adverse statuses: Approved but not accepted, Application denied, Application withdrawn, File closed for incompleteness, Preapproval request denied by financial institution, and Preapproval request approved but not accepted.

• On the Pipeline, loans with an adverse status are displayed with a pink background and any alerts are not shown.

• From the Pipeline you can search for loans based on current status.

1. Locate the Loan Status column in your Pipeline.

   • To add the column, right-click a column header and select Customize Columns. Select the Current Loan Status checkbox, and then click OK.

2. Select one of the adverse statuses from the dropdown list.

• Only loans with the selected status are displayed in the Pipeline.

• You can create reports that include and group loans by status.
