Work with User Groups

ClosedEdit a user group

  1. On the User Groups window, select a user group.

    You cannot edit the members of the All Users group.

  2. Edit the members and access definitions on each tab as required.

  3. Click the Save icon.

ClosedDuplicate a user group

  1. On the User Groups window, select a user group, and then click the Duplicate icon.

  2. With the new user group selected, click and then type a new name for the group.

  3. Review and edit the members and access definitions on each tab as required.

  4. Click the Save icon.

ClosedDelete a user group

  1. On the User Groups window, select a user group, and then click the Delete icon.

    You cannot delete the All Users group.

  2. Click Yes in response to the confirmation message.
