Export ULAD (DU MISMO 3.4)

URLA 2020 Support

Use the Export ULAD (DU MISMO 3.4) option to download URLA 2020 loan files in DU MISMO 3.4 format from the Pipeline to your computer.

This feature is supported on Encompass 19.3 and later versions.

Only users assigned with the Export ULAD option in Encompass Personas setting have access to the Export ULAD (DU MISMO 3.4) option from the Pipeline.

You can export one loan at a time. Ensure that you have saved your changes to your loan and closed the loan file before you start exporting.

To Export A Loan in DU MISMO 3.4 Format:

  1. Close the loan you want to export and go to your Pipeline.

  2. Click the loan you want to export, and from the Pipeline menu, point to GSE Services, and then click Export ULAD (DU MISMO 3.4), OR,

    Right-click the loan you want to export, point to GSE Services, and then click Export ULAD (DU MISMO 3.4).

  3. In the Export to ULAD DU window, click the Search icon.

    • In the Browse for Folder window, navigate to the location on your computer where you want to save the exported file.
    • Click OK.

  4. Back in the Export to ULAD DU window, click OK.

  5. On the confirmation window, click OK.

  6. If you select an URLA 2009 loan for the DU MISMO 3.4 export, the loan will be successfully exported with missing URLA 2020 data, as expected.
