Release Highlights

Mortgage Analyzers

  • Asset Analyzer and Audit Analyzer are now available

  • Support of Asset data import and comparison in the Encompass

  • Asset matcher in the Business Association

  • Updates to Income and Credit Analyzer

  • Enhancements in the Rule Manager

Data Apps

  • Data correction panel can be opened directly from Data Inspector

Automated Data Extraction Updates

  • Standard ADE Learnset 25.1.0.0 is introduced

  • Added 74 new fields

  • Added a new document type

Automated Document Recognition Updates

  • Standard ADR Learnset 25.1.0.0 is introduced

  • ADR has been updated to support new document types, enhanced recognition and auto tagging for existing document types, and provided ADR accuracy improvements

ICE Data & Document Automation Desktop Application

  • Copy and paste one or more pages to a new document

  • Merge groups located on different pages in data validation work items

  • Post-Close Analyzer has been renamed to Audit Analyzer

  • Signing requests are no longer supported

Document Ingestion and Processing

  • Restricted upload of Adobe PDF Secure forms (API, SFTP uploads) from any channel

Document Delivery and Management

  • Fixed issues with the batch delivery inclusion report

Mortgage Data Management

  • Extended support for 572 additional fields across new and existing data sources

  • Extended support for a new source Appraisal 1073 Hybrid with 156 fields

  • Enhanced support for 36 existing data sources with the addition of 414 fields

  • Supported 2 new fields 'Fund Source Type' and 'Property Inspection Waiver Accepted' for the electronic record (MISMO 3.4)

ICE Data & Document Automation Administration

  • A new role privilege Edit Data Audit is added for Audit Analyzer

Integration Services

  • Data & Document Automation queues can be launched from Encompass

  • Data boarding for document extracted data: Data can be boarded from the Standard Flood Hazard Determination document to the Encompass loan

REST API Enhancements

  • Platform Gateway REST API is exposed in dataSourceService to get data points for a data source for Analyzers
  • Platform Gateway REST API is exposed in dataSourceService get a data source in a folder by dataSource ID
  • The List Datapoints API response will not have PII reference ID on borrower personal information data points as well as values will not be masked for new documents uploaded with the 25.1 release
