This Learnset includes 176 document types that are supported by ADR as part of Ellie Mae barcode integration. These document types can be used only when an Ellie Mae barcode is stamped on the document pages. Automatic recognition of these document types is not supported. "Ellie barcode recognition" needs to be enabled to use this feature.

When the "Note Addendum" document and the "Note" document are ingested together sequentially into ICE Data & Document Automation, the Note Addendum will be merged with the "Note". If the Note Addendum is ingested separately from the Note document, then it will be recognized as "Note Addendum" in ICE Data & Document Automation.

When the "FHA Direct Endorsement Approval" document and the "FHA VA Application Addendum" document are ingested together sequentially into ICE Data & Document Automation, the FHA Direct Endorsement Approval document will be merged with the "FHA VA Application Addendum". If the FHA Direct Endorsement Approval is ingested separately from the FHA Direct Endorsement Approval, then it will be recognized as FHA Direct Endorsement Approval in ICE Data & Document Automation.

When the "Check" document and the "Bank Statement" document are ingested together sequentially into ICE Data & Document Automation, the Check will be merged with the "Bank Statement". If the Check is ingested separately from the Bank Statement, then it will be recognized as "Check".

When the Fannie Mae 1005 version of the "Verification of Employment" document is ingested into ICE Data & Document Automation, it will be recognized as the "Verification of Employment". Other versions of the Verification of Employment with income document will be recognized as "Electronic Verification of Employment". Other versions of the Verification of Employment without income document will be recognized as a “EVOE Without Income”.

When the “Addendum To Closing Disclosure” document and the "Closing Disclosure/Seller Closing Disclosure" are ingested together sequentially into ICE Data & Document Automation, the Addendum To Closing Disclosure will be merged with the "Closing Disclosure/Seller Closing Disclosure". If the Addendum To Closing Disclosure is ingested separately from the Closing Disclosure/Seller Closing Disclosure, then it will be recognized as “Addendum To Closing Disclosure”.

When the "Invoice" document and the "Appraisal" document are ingested together sequentially into ICE Data & Document Automation, the Invoice will be merged with the "Appraisal". If the Invoice is ingested separately from the Appraisal, then it will be recognized as "Invoice".

The new version of the URLA 2019 document will be recognized as "URLA". The previous version of the URLA document will continue to be recognized as "Loan Application" in this Learnset.

Spanish language versions of the Closing Disclosure, Loan Application, Loan Estimate and SSA Form 89 are not supported for Automated Document Extraction (ADE).

The Learnset is expected to recognize only the specific Spanish document variations that are learned by ICE Mortgage Technology. Additional versions may be identified during customer validation in production and will be considered in a subsequent release.

If the Spanish document is stamped with a bar code, then the bar code encoded value is expected to be in English.

The default auto-tagging feature is not supported for Spanish language versions of the documents.

The splitting of consecutive document sets based on file boundary takes precedence over this merging behavior.

The Spanish version of documents like the CHARMS booklet contain pages from the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. These pages may get recognized as Loan Estimate or Closing Disclosure respectively. This issue will be resolved in a subsequent release.

Existing customers should consider the changes between this Learnset and their existing learnset and update their stacking orders accordingly.
