Insights - Feature Enhancements in 23.3 December Service Pack
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing features provided in this release.
If a user is inactive for more than 15 minutes in Insights, they will now be automatically logged out. When a user is idle in Insights after 13 minutes, a new Session Timeout alert with a two-minute timer is now displayed. The alert informs the user that if they do not take any action within the next two minutes, they will be logged out of Insights.
Users then have the option to click the Reset button to extend their session or click the Logout button to log out. If they do not take any action before the two-minute timer expires, they will be logged out.
In previous versions of Insights, users were logged out of Insights after 30 minutes with no prior alert or warning.

Updates have been made to ensure only one active session in Insights per user ID is allowed. If a user is logged in with a user ID, and then logs in with the same user ID on a different device or browser or browser tab, the user will be logged out of their previous session, but all of their progress from the previous session will be saved and presented in the new active session.
When a user already has an active session, and they try to log into Insights using the same user ID a different device or browser or browser tab, a new alert is now displayed to inform them that their previous sessions will be logged out.
