Insights now offers lenders the ability to drill down into the health of their company by introducing the new branch analytics feature. From the "My Data" pill, track and monitor the performance of your branch offices. The Insights views by branch(es) leverages your organization hierarchy [Field OrgID] indicated in your Encompass Settings. In previous versions of Insights, lenders could only view their 'My Data' from an organization standpoint as a whole. By providing the new branch analytics capability, Insights now enables users to gain insights into how their predefined branches are performing within the organization.
New Branches Column - Administrators utilizing the Admin Settings screen to configure Insights users in their organization now see the Branches column that indicates the assigned branches for each user. By default, All Branches is selected for new users.
Assigning New and Existing Users to a Branch - When adding a new Insights user or modifying the settings for an existing user, administrators can select the branches to add the user to.
To edit the branches for an existing user, hover over the user's row, and then click the resulting Edit (pencil) icon that displays.
Apply Branch Data to Inquiry Paths - Once assigned to a branch, the user will be to add or remove their branches from the 'My Data' view when analyzing data on the Benchmark, Map Count/Average, and Map Trends tabs.
View the Performance at a Glance Dashboard Based on Branch Selections - In the Performance at a Glance Dashboard, in all areas where "My Data" is displayed under the Overall Performance, Loan Characteristics and Borrower Characteristics tables, the data displayed is now based on the users' applied branch filter. This enables users to view the overall performance metrics for the branches they want to analyze.
