Insights - Feature Enhancements in 21.4 February Service Pack
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing features provided in this release.
The new Locked Loans inquiry path is now provided in Insights so that users can see the number of loans locked in each state, ZIP Code, county, and MSA. Using the tabs described below, you can view the percentage share of locked loans across regions, trends of locked loans over a selected period, and the percentage change of locked loans between two time periods.
Select the Locked Loans option from the I want to analyze drop-down list to view Benchmark, Map Count, and Map Trends analytics.

Benchmark – This view helps lenders benchmark themselves against the industry and/or peers.

Map Count – This view helps lenders understand how the industry has been performing, broken down by the selected metric over the selected period.

Map Trends – This view helps lenders compare how the industry performed on the chosen metric for the two time periods selected.
Locked Loans is now an option in the Loan Status filter when using the Interest Rate or Annual Percentage Rate (APR) inquiry path. Select Locked Loans to display the average interest rate or average APR for locked loans.
When using the Pull Through Rate inquiry path, a new Locked to Closed option is provided in the Loan Status filter. When this filter is selected, the pull through rate for locked loans that are closed is displayed.

Utilizing the User Profile icon, you can now see the role currently assigned to you and learn more about the areas of Insights that you have permission to access based on your role. When you click the User Profile icon, your current role is displayed. Click the Information icon to view the permission details for your role.

The Explore More menu located in the lower-right corner of the Insights screen has been removed. All options provided in this menu are available in the I want to analyze inquiry path drop-down menu located at the top of the Insights screen when using the Benchmark view.
