Added Support for Google Analytics 4 (NGCC-65835) — Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is supported in this release. GA4 is the newest version of Google Analytics, which collects event-based data from websites and apps to be used to gauge the effectiveness of your site, configurations, marketing campaigns, and so on. GA4 records every action as an event and provides more event tracking than Google Analytics 3 by default, such as scrolling, file downloads, site interactions, and so on.

Added Ability to Unlink a Borrower Account (NGCC-68871) — This enhancement gives lenders the ability to decouple a borrower account from a submitted loan. The new Unlink option is available from the Borrower Lookup tab and can be used to unlink borrowers, co-borrowers, and non-borrowing owners from a loan.

Updates to Property Type Field Mapping to EPPS (NGCC-52138, NGCC-62719) — Field mapping of Property Type selections for Number of Units and Manufactured Housing Multiwide have been updated to align with Encompass Product and Pricing fields.

Updates to Homeowners Insurance Third-Party Consent Flow (NGCC-68380) — Starting with this release, the Homeowners Insurance Third-Party Consent Agreement will be shown only to the borrower in the first loan pair.

Updates to Homeowners Insurance Third-Party Consent Agreement (NGCC-73445) — Updates have been made to the Consent to Share my Personal Information with Third Parties agreement to provide additional transparency around the way the borrower's personal information will be used and rights relating to that information.

Enhancements Made to the Create Account User Interface (NGCC-73788) — User interface enhancements include updated instructional text for creating an account, forgot password, and email address validation. The Phone fields have also been reorganized into a more logical flow.
WebCenter and Loan Center Transition

New Borrower Portal Available for Lenders Transitioning from WebCenter or Loan Center to Consumer Connect (NGCC-50124, NGCC-72075) — This enhancement is for lenders who are transitioning from WebCenter or Loan Center only. ICE Mortgage Technology is introducing a basic version of Consumer Connect for customers who need to transition from WebCenter and Loan Center.
