Feature Enhancements in Version 22.3 Service Pack

Homeownership Education and Housing Counseling
A new section has been added to the Personal Information section of the loan application to capture any homeownership education and housing counseling information the borrower may have received. Information provided by the borrower will be populated on the L5. Homeownership Education and Housing Counseling section of the 1003 URLA - Lender input form in Encompass when the loan application is submitted.
Enabling Homeownership Education and Housing Counseling Sections in a Loan Application
The new Homeownership Education and Housing Counseling sections are not displayed in the loan application by default. A lender administrator can enable them to show in the loan application using the Loan Application Workflow editor.
To Show Homeownership Education and/or Housing Counseling Questions

In Encompass Consumer Connect Admin, click Loan App Workflow.

If you have more than one site, select the site you want to edit from the drop-down list at the top of the page.

Click the Edit icon () next to the workflow.

When the Loan App Workflow editor opens, navigate to the Homeownership Education or Housing Counseling sections under Personal Information.
To quickly navigate to the desired section, enter all or part of the section title (e.g. Homeownership or Education) in the search bar at the top of the Loan App Workflow editor.

Optionally, enable the descriptive text to show in the loan application by switching the Show toggle next to the Description to Yes.

Select the Show and Required (optional) check boxes next to each question that you want to display in the loan application.

Follow the same steps to show the Co-Borrower Homeownership Education, Borrower Housing Counseling, and Co-Borrower Housing Counseling sections as desired.

When you are finished, click Save.
The loan application workflow will be updated immediately.
