URLA 2020 Known Issues and Usage Notes

Administration Portal
For loan application workflows that are migrated automatically with the 21.2 June release, there are two loan application settings that will not migrate automatically and will need to be re-enabled if desired. These settings are Show navigation menu in the loan application? and Enable progressive workflow located on the Loan App Workflows page.
To Re-Enable the Loan App Workflow Settings:

Open the Loan App Settings for the workflow.
- Scroll down to the Show left navigation menu option in the loan application?and Enable progressive workflow settings.

Click Yes next to each option as desired.

Click Save.

When Credit Authorization Agreement Required is set to Yes in the workflow, the setting persists in the administration portal workflow, but is ignored in the loan application. Borrowers will be able to submit the loan application without accepting the credit authorization agreement.
This issue is observed after migrating URLA 2009 interview style loan applications only.
Workaround: Refresh the workflow in the administration portal by making any change and saving the workflow.

Encompass Consumer Connect Loans in Encompass
Be aware that when toggling URLA 2009 loan applications submitted from Consumer Connect to URLA 2020 in Encompass, some income data in the 1003 URLA Part 2 - Gross Monthly Income section will not persist. This is due to the changes in data structure between the two formats. The old data structure will not populate the new URLA 2020 data structures in this case.
Workaround: The best way to work around this issue is to ensure all URLA 2009 loan applications are received in Encompass before the effective date. Otherwise, check all URLA 2009 loan applications after submitting from Consumer Connect to Encompass, and manually enter any missing data into the loan after converting to URLA 2020.
