Retrieve Client ID
Each appraiser is assigned a unique Client ID. In order to receive assistance from the Ellie Mae Technical Support team, you are required to provide your Appraisal Service Client ID. If you don't know your Client ID, you can click the Forgot your Client ID? link on the Appraisal Service Log In page, and then provide the email address associated with your account. An email containing your Client ID will be sent to the email address you provided.
To Retrieve Your Client ID:
- On the Appraisal Service Log In page, click the Forgot your Client ID? link located near the lower-right corner of the page.
- If you are currently logged in to the Appraisal Service, view your Client ID on the Account Information page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Appraisal Service account.
- To look up this email address, log in to the Appraisal Service, click the My Account tab, and then click Account Information. The email address for your account is provided in the Account Information section.
- Click Submit.
- Click Done to return to the Log In page.
An email with the subject Client ID Request is sent to the email address you provided. Open the email message to view your Client ID.
