Feature Enhancements

References to 4506-T have been updated to 4506-C across the Encompass application, to support the IRS’ renaming of the Request for Transcript of Tax Return from 4506-T to 4506-C. Encompass updates include, but are not limited to, the following areas of the application:

• Additional Services setting in Encompass Settings

  

• TQL Services tool

• Order 4506-C button (To go to the Order 4506-C button, go to the TQL Services tool, and on the 4506-C Service Orders panel, click the Order button)

• Order 4506-C Report window

A new Flood Information section was added to the Property Information input form with the Encompass 20.2 Major Release to enable the entry of additional information related to the documentation of LOMA/LOMR on the flood certificate.

With this TQL Services 21.1 Release, Letter of Mapped Changed Date (field ID TQL.X108), Letter of Mapped Changed Case Number (field ID TQL.X109), Flood Program Code (field ID TQL.X110) fields will be automatically updated with the CoreLogic Flood Service Report response. You can also manually update the values in these fields.

This is supported on Encompass 20.2 and later versions.

Loan Actor Names displayed in the Loan Actors tab in the Fraud Service Order window are now included in the export file as follows:

• DataVerify and First American:
  • Names with a hyphen will be considered one name. For example, if the name is Francisco Javier-Montes De Oca, request file will be sent with FirstName="Francisco" LastName="De Oca" MiddleName="Javier-Montes
• DataVerify:
  • The parsing rule will remove the following prefixes before updating and sending the first name:
    • "Mr", "Mr.", "Mrs", "Mrs.", "Miss", "Ms", "Ms.", "Dr", "Dr.", "Sir", "Prof", "Lord", "Major", "Colonel", "Lady", "Father", "General", "Major", "Senator"
• First Amercan:
  • The parsing rule will remove the following prefixes before updating and sending the first name:
    • "Mr", "Mrs", "Miss", "Ms", "Dr", "Sir", "Prof", "Lord", "Major", "Colonel", "Lady"
• DataVerify, CoreLogic, First Amercan:
  • The parsing rule will remove following suffixes before updating and sending the last name:
    • "Jr", "Jr.", "Sr", "Sr.", "MD", "MD.", "ESQ", "I", "II", "III", "IV"

Mapping for Business Channel has been updated as below:

• If Underwriting Delegated (field ID TPO.X88) = Yes, BusinessChannel value in the export file is "Delegated"

• If Underwriting Delegated (field ID TPO.X88) = No, BusinessChannel value in the export file is "Non-Delegated"

• If Underwriting Delegated (Field ID TPO.X88) is null:

  • If Channel (field ID 2626) = Banked-Retail, BusinessChannel value in the export file is "Retail"

  • If Channel (field ID 2626) = Banked-Wholesale or Brokered, BusinessChannel value in the export file is "Wholesale/Broker"

  • If Channel (field ID 2626) = Correspondent, BusinessChannel value in the export file is "Correspondent"
