Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
New URLA
When submitting new URLA loans to Mortgage Insurance Service, ApplicationTakenMethodType value was mapped from Borrower Trans Details Application Taken By field (field ID 4143) instead of from Ownership Format Type field (field ID URLA.X154) and an error message was displayed. To fix the issue mapping logic for ApplicationTakenMethodType has been updated as follows:
- Value mapped from field ID URLA.X154
- If Encompass value is Face to Face Interview, mapped value is FaceToFace
- If Encompass value is Telephone Interview, mapped value is Telephone
- If Encompass value is Email or Internet, mapped value is Internet
- If Encompass value is Fax or Mail, mapped value is Mail
GSE-20277
Encompass Fraud Service: CoreLogic
An issue occurred for users who have transitioned to the new version of CoreLogic LoanSafe Risk Manager and Fraud Manager where an error message displayed upon loan submission, and the response file (PDF) could not be received. This has been fixed so that loans can be successfully submitted to CoreLogic Fraud Service and the reports received in Encompass.
