Mortgage Insurance Service
Access Issues in Encompass Settings and TQL Services Tool
An issue occurred on some instances of Encompass after the TQL Services 20.2 January 2021 Service Pack deployment where MI Services could not be accessed within Encompass.
- Encompass administrators and other authorized users could not access the Mortgage Insurance Service setting in Encompass Settings
- TQL Services users could not use the Mortgage Insurance Service Orders panel in the TQL Services tool
This issue applies to TQL Services Mortgage Insurance Service users only. Users placing MI orders with Ellie Mae Network were unaffected.
